On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.9 pts less than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 rose 15.3% to Rs 81,347.85 lakh, but profit fell 13.8% to Rs 7,495.66 lakh. Half-year revenue rose 15.0%, while profit declined 5.9%. The board declared a Rs 4 per share interim dividend, payable from 5 November. The auditor reported no qualification but highlighted recurring losses at subsidiary Cadini, whose continuity depends on better profits or financial support.
The dividend and revenue growth may support sentiment, but lower profit, higher finance costs and the subsidiary funding risk could limit upside.
