The Board of Directors of Siyaram Silk Mills, at its meeting on November 4, 2025, declared a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (200%) on a face value of Rs. 2 for FY2025-26, with a record date of November 11, 2025 and payment on or after November 19, 2025. The total cash outflow on account of the dividend will be Rs. 1,814.80 lakhs. The company also reported strong Q2 FY26 standalone results with revenue from operations of Rs. 70,555.39 lakhs (up about 16% year-on-year) and profit after tax of Rs. 8,697.69 lakhs (up about 27% year-on-year). For H1 FY26, profit after tax stood at Rs. 9,157.99 lakhs with basic EPS of Rs. 20.19. Q2 other income includes a one-time net surplus of Rs. 2,122.52 lakhs from the sale of industrial land and building. Additionally, the Board approved the retirement of Company Secretary Shri. William Fernandes effective November 14, 2025 and the appointment of Shri. Mahipal Thakur as the new Company Secretary from November 15, 2025.
Strong Q2 earnings growth and a healthy interim dividend payout are positive signals for shareholders, though part of the profit boost came from a one-time land sale. The stock may see short-term support around the ex-date, while long-term performance will depend on the sustainability of core textile business growth.
