Siyaram Silk Mills' board declared a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 4 per share (200% on face value of Rs. 2) for FY26, with a record date of November 11, 2025 and payment on or after November 19, 2025. The total cash outflow on this dividend is about Rs. 18.15 crore. Alongside, the company reported strong Q2 FY26 standalone results, with revenue from operations rising around 16% year-on-year to Rs. 705.55 crore and net profit up about 27% to Rs. 86.98 crore. Standalone EPS for the quarter came in at Rs. 19.17 versus Rs. 15.07 in the same quarter last year. Results were helped by a one-time gain of Rs. 21.23 crore from the sale of industrial land and building. The board also approved the retirement of the current Company Secretary and the appointment of a new one effective mid-November.
Investors holding shares as of November 11, 2025 will receive a Rs. 4 per share interim dividend. Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, coupled with a generous dividend payout, point to healthy cash generation and should be viewed positively by shareholders.
