SJVN board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.15 per share for FY26, with record date Feb 20, 2026. Standalone Q3 net profit rose 81% YoY to Rs 251.71 Cr on revenue of Rs 846.13 Cr, up 35%. Company also approved raising Rs 1,000 Cr via private placement of debentures. 9M FY26 standalone net profit was Rs 882.50 Cr versus Rs 939.46 Cr last year.
Positive: strong Q3 earnings growth and interim dividend for shareholders. Rs 1,000 Cr debenture issue adds debt, not equity dilution.
