AB SKF, the promoter of SKF India, transferred its entire 52.58% stake (about 2.6 crore equity shares) to SKF Interim AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AB SKF, on December 22, 2025. This was an off-market inter-se transfer with no consideration. The aggregate promoter group holding in SKF India stays the same at 52.58%. The transfer is exempt under SEBI takeover rules as it is between promoter group entities.
