SKIL Infra: 14th CoC meeting postponed to October 27, 2026

The 14th Committee of Creditors meeting of SKIL Infrastructure, previously adjourned to October 21, 2026, has been postponed to October 27, 2026 at the request of CoC members. The company is currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process following an NCLT Mumbai order dated February 1, 2024. Resolution Professional Purusottam Behera informed both NSE and BSE. The meeting will be held in physical and virtual mode in Mumbai, and all agenda items will now be discussed on the new date.
