SKIL Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Non-submission of Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, ....

SKIL Infrastructure has not submitted its quarterly financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025, as required under SEBI's listing rules. The company has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, after the NCLT Mumbai admitted an insolvency application against it. The NCLAT had initially stayed the constitution of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), but vacated that stay on October 15, 2025, after which the CoC was formed and Mr. Purusottam Behera was confirmed as Resolution Professional on November 3, 2025. The delay in submitting results was caused by non-cooperation from the in-house Company Secretary and the statutory auditors, who initially refused to finalize accounts without clearing pre-CIRP dues. Legal action was taken under Section 19 of the IBC against both, after which the auditors agreed to cooperate on October 31, 2025. The Resolution Professional has requested the stock exchanges for relaxation, citing these circumstances as beyond the company's control.
This is a negative development for shareholders — the company remains under insolvency, financial reporting continues to be delayed, and there is a risk of regulatory action or trading restrictions from the exchanges for non-compliance with listing rules. Shareholders should expect continued uncertainty as the CIRP process moves forward.
