Skil Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Corporate Debtor for the quarter and half year ended on September ....
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure reported deeply negative financial results for Q2 and H1 FY25. Consolidated net loss was ₹2,60,453.35 lakhs for Q2 and ₹2,60,486.22 lakhs for H1, while standalone net loss was ₹3,05,182.11 lakhs for Q2 and ₹3,05,213.99 lakhs for H1. Revenue was minimal at ₹12.16 lakhs (only other income, no operational revenue). The massive losses were primarily due to impairment of investment in associate Urban Infrastructure Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (UIHPL) following a 99.76% capital reduction approved by NCLT in March 2025, resulting in an exceptional loss of ₹3,05,434.50 lakhs. The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 2024, with Committee of Creditors now constituted. Consolidated equity stands at negative ₹2,41,154.75 lakhs. The Resolution Professional has signed the financials without guaranteeing accuracy as he relied on existing management for data preparation.
The company is in severe financial distress with negative equity of over ₹2.4 lakh crore and massive losses. The CIRP is ongoing with a resolution plan needed to avoid liquidation. Auditors have raised qualified conclusions and explicit going concern doubts. Shareholders face extreme risk of total value erosion as the resolution process determines ultimate outcome.
