SKIL Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange about reasons for Delayed/Non-submission of Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure has not submitted its Q3 FY26 (December 31, 2025) financial results on time, citing ongoing insolvency proceedings. The company has been under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since NCLT Mumbai admitted a Section 7 IBC application against it on February 1, 2024. The Resolution Professional faced non-cooperation from the in-house Company Secretary (leading to a Section 19(2) IBC application) and from the statutory auditors, who initially refused to finalize accounts unless pre-CIRP dues were cleared. The CoC was recently constituted in November 2025 after NCLAT vacated an earlier stay. The auditors have since agreed to cooperate (October 31, 2025), and the RP has assured submission of pending results at the earliest.
Negative for shareholders — the stock remains under insolvency with no approved resolution plan yet, and the delayed results add to uncertainty about the company's true financial health. Continued non-compliance with listing obligations could attract SEBI scrutiny and further erode investor confidence.
