SKIL Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange about Non-Submission of Financial Results period ended Sept 30, 2025 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure has not filed its quarterly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations. The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, after NCLT Mumbai admitted a Section 7 IBC application against it. An appeal challenging this admission was withdrawn at NCLAT on October 15, 2025, allowing the Committee of Creditors (CoC) to be constituted on October 27, 2025, with its first meeting held on November 3, 2025. The IRP cited non-cooperation from the in-house Company Secretary and statutory auditors (who refused to finalize accounts until pre-CIRP dues were cleared) as reasons for the delay. The auditors later agreed to cooperate on October 31, 2025.
Shareholders face continued uncertainty as the company remains under insolvency proceedings and has failed to file timely quarterly results, which may attract SEBI scrutiny and reflects poor corporate governance. The stock remains high-risk with no clarity yet on a resolution plan or recovery prospects for equity holders.
