Sky Gold and Diamonds Ltd has reported strong audited financial results for FY26 with standalone revenue from operations of Rs 4,70,838 lakhs, up 61% from Rs 2,92,493 lakhs in FY25. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 6,29,489 lakhs versus Rs 3,54,802 lakhs previously. Standalone PAT grew 91% to Rs 21,279 lakhs while consolidated PAT surged 112% to Rs 28,183 lakhs. Basic EPS improved to Rs 13.97 (standalone) and Rs 18.07 (consolidated) from Rs 7.98 and Rs 9.52 respectively. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company changed its depreciation method from Written Down Value to Straight Line Method effective April 1, 2025, which increased profit before tax by Rs 386 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 693 lakhs (consolidated). The board also approved appointment of new statutory auditors via postal ballot due to a vacancy.
The company has delivered exceptional revenue and profit growth year-on-year, indicating strong operational performance and market expansion. However, investors should note the negative operating cash flows and high borrowing levels which require monitoring.
