Sky Gold and Diamonds Ltd reported strong audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. Standalone revenue grew 61% to Rs 4,70,838 lakhs (FY25: Rs 2,92,493 lakhs) with PAT up 91% to Rs 21,279 lakhs. Consolidated revenue jumped 77% to Rs 6,29,489 lakhs with PAT up 112% to Rs 28,183 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued unmodified opinions. The Board is seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot to appoint M/s K A & Associates LLP as new statutory auditors due to resignation of the previous auditor. Additionally, the auditors highlighted an emphasis of matter regarding the company's change in depreciation method from Written Down Value (WDV) to Straight Line Method (SLM) effective April 1, 2025, which increased profit before tax by Rs 386 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 693 lakhs (consolidated) for the year.
Strong operational performance with near-doubling of PAT demonstrates robust growth. However, the auditor change and depreciation method change warrant attention. Negative operating cash flow of Rs 2,437 lakhs (standalone) suggests working capital pressure despite healthy profitability.
