Sky Gold and Diamonds Ltd held its Board Meeting on 27th May 2026 and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and year ended 31st March 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 77% to Rs 62,948.68 lakhs from Rs 35,480.20 lakhs in the previous year.
