Sky Gold Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 78% YoY to INR 2,013 crores, putting annualised run rate close to FY27 target of INR 8,100 crores. Gross margin improved to 9.3% from 9.1% on higher Advance Gold and studded mix. Operating PAT crossed INR 100 crores for the first time. EBITDA margin stood at 7.8%. Operating cash flow turned positive at about INR 30 crores. Net debt at INR 540 crores with target to be net debt-free by 2030. New CEO Akash Talesara onboarded. Promoters to take zero salary, linked to dividends. FY30 revenue target of INR 18,000 to INR 19,000 crores reaffirmed. CFO said PAT margin guidance of 5.25% is on the safer side.
