Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 61% to INR 2,391 crore. Gross margin reached 9.6%, while profit after tax rose 93% to INR 129 crore. H1 revenue rose 68% to INR 4,403 crore and operating cash flow reached INR 136 crore, versus an outflow a year earlier. Net debt fell to INR 531 crore from INR 550 crore in March. Management cited FY2030 goals of INR 18,000 crore revenue, INR 945 crore profit after tax and a debt-free balance sheet.
Strong growth, higher margins and positive cash flow support sentiment, but the proposed INR 1,800 crore capital raise and net debt are key risks.
