Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited reported strong Q1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped ~56% year-on-year to ₹1,13,124 lakhs (from ₹72,303 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while consolidated net profit more than doubled to ₹4,359 lakhs versus ₹2,123 lakhs. On a standalone basis, revenue grew ~12% to ₹81,081 lakhs and net profit rose ~54% to ₹3,259 lakhs. Consolidated EPS stood at ₹2.97 and standalone EPS at ₹2.22 (restated for bonus issue). The statutory auditor issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report with no qualifications. The company also sold its stake in Sitaare Gold & Diamonds subsidiary and approved acquisition of a new UAE-based wholly owned subsidiary (Sky Souk Jewellery Trading LLC).
Sharp jump in consolidated revenue and a doubling of profit signal strong business momentum and improved operating margins, which is positive for shareholders. However, the conversion of 2,07,000 convertible warrants into 20.7 lakh equity shares results in equity dilution that investors should factor in.
