Skyways Air Services Board approved Q1 FY27 results: consolidated revenue INR 79,374 lacs versus INR 64,350 lacs YoY, profit after tax INR 2,679 lacs versus INR 1,160 lacs YoY. Standalone PAT was INR 1,405 lacs. First interim dividend of INR 0.25 per share declared for FY27, record date October 9, 2026. Board also approved setting up overseas offices in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines with investment up to INR 30 crore, plus additional investment up to INR 20 crore in existing overseas subsidiaries. First interim dividend post-IPO shows confidence; strong YoY profit growth and overseas expansion plans may support long-term value.
