Board approved Q1 FY27 results and first interim dividend of INR 0.25 per share (2.5%), record date Oct 9, 2026. Standalone revenue grew to INR 675.86 crore from INR 321.78 crore YoY; PAT rose to INR 14.05 crore from INR 6.63 crore. Consolidated PAT was INR 26.79 crore on revenue of about INR 789 crore. Board also approved overseas expansion of up to INR 30 crore across China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines, plus INR 20 crore capital infusion in existing overseas units. Mr. Yashpal Sharma additionally named CEO. These are the first quarterly results since the Sep 1, 2026 IPO listing.
