The board approved unaudited results for September 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 27.1% year on year to Rs 7,026.87 lakh, while net profit rose from Rs 67.04 lakh to Rs 186.33 lakh. Half year revenue rose 12.5% to Rs 10,729.20 lakh and net profit was Rs 403.84 lakh. Standalone quarterly profit became a Rs 38.60 lakh loss. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 439.72 lakh, and the auditor raised no concerns.
Stronger group sales and profit support the outlook, but the standalone loss keeps the near-term picture mixed.
