Smartlink Holdings reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue fell to Rs. 2,519 lakhs (vs Rs. 2,961 lakhs YoY) with a loss after tax of Rs. 82 lakhs (vs Rs. 150 lakh profit YoY). Nine-month standalone PAT was negative Rs. 108 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, nine-month revenue rose 14% to Rs. 17,000 lakhs and PAT surged 127% to Rs. 628 lakhs, driven by subsidiary Digisol Systems. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Standalone business under pressure with losses widening, but group-level profits surged sharply on subsidiary growth. Mixed signals for shareholders.
