The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated operating revenue rose 48.6% year on year to Rs 520.78 crore; half-year revenue rose 21.1% to Rs 803.99 crore. The half-year net loss narrowed to Rs 7.34 crore from Rs 38.85 crore, but the quarterly loss widened to Rs 3.14 crore from Rs 1.58 crore. Deloitte's limited review found no material misstatement.
Revenue growth and a narrower half-year loss are positive, but the wider quarterly loss and high lease and finance costs could limit shareholder gains.
