SMS Pharmaceuticals reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at ₹88,687 lakhs, up 13.3% from ₹78,275 lakhs in FY25. Net profit after tax grew 28.1% to ₹8,761 lakhs from ₹6,838 lakhs, while EPS improved to ₹9.58 from ₹8.07. On a consolidated basis, net profit including share of associate reached ₹10,199 lakhs, up 47.5% year-on-year, driven significantly by associate company VKT Pharma contributing ₹1,399 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.40 per share (40%). Statutory auditors Suryanarayana & Suresh issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. During the year, 50 million warrants were converted to equity shares for ₹4,763 lakhs, increasing paid-up capital.
Positive for shareholders: strong revenue and profit growth with clean audit opinion and dividend declaration. The associate contribution boosted consolidated profits substantially.
