On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Promoter Hima Bindu Potluri released a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU) on 30,00,000 equity shares (3.38% of total share capital) on 19 August 2025 and created a fresh pledge on the same 30 lakh shares on 20 August 2025, in favour of Vistra ITCL (India) Limited (Debenture Trustee) on behalf of lender Avendus PE Investment Advisors. The pledge acts as security for Non-Convertible Debentures issued by fellow promoter Potluri Laboratories Private Limited. As a result, total encumbered shares held by her remain unchanged at 1,36,20,000 shares (15.36% of total share capital), but the entire encumbrance is now in the form of a pledge instead of a mix of pledge and NDU. Her total promoter holding stays at 1,50,08,840 shares (16.93%). The encumbered portion is about 23.18% of the overall promoter group shareholding of 5,87,45,010 shares (66.26% of the company).
This is a technical restructuring of encumbrance with no change in actual ownership or total pledged shares, so it is largely neutral for shareholders. However, it formalises the security in favour of Avendus PE for debt taken by a related promoter entity, which investors should note as indirect group-level leverage.
