On the reaction day the stock moved 3.6 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 3.9 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sobha Q2 standalone revenue fell to Rs 9,096.76 million from Rs 14,833.70 million a year ago. Standalone PAT was Rs 207.09 million versus Rs 1,037.66 million YoY. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 9,670.64 million with PAT of Rs 329.59 million. Board also approved acquiring the fire and safety division of related party Sobha Projects and Trade on a slump sale basis. Auditor gave an unmodified review but flagged ED and Income Tax cases as emphasis of matter notes.
Sharp revenue and profit drop may weigh on the stock. Related-party acquisition and pending Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax cases remain key risks to monitor.
