Softtech Engineers Limited reported strong audited financial results for FY2025-26. Standalone revenue grew 37.4% to Rs. 12,829.94 lakhs from Rs. 9,335.78 lakhs, while consolidated revenue increased 38.6% to Rs. 13,200.21 lakhs. Standalone PAT jumped 131% to Rs. 957.49 lakhs and consolidated PAT rose 300% to Rs. 532.69 lakhs. The Board approved appointment of M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and recommended re-appointment of P G Bhagwat LLP as Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term. Ms. Aadishri Apte was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements.
