SoftTech Engineers Limited reported strong financial performance for FY26. Standalone revenue grew 37.4% to Rs. 12,829.94 lakhs from Rs. 9,335.78 lakhs, while consolidated revenue increased 38.6% to Rs. 13,200.21 lakhs from Rs. 9,524.99 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 957.49 lakhs (up 131% from Rs. 414 lakhs), and consolidated PAT rose to Rs. 532.69 lakhs from Rs. 133.07 lakhs. The statutory auditors P G Bhagwat LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
