Solar Industries India delivered record FY26 performance with Q4 revenue of ₹3053cr (up 41% YoY) and full-year revenue of ₹9838cr (up 30% YoY). EBITDA grew 59% in Q4 to ₹870cr and 35% annually to ₹2750cr, with margins expanding 330bps in Q4 to 28.51%. PAT increased 61% in Q4 to ₹556cr and 35% annually to ₹1737cr. Defence business nearly doubled with Q4 revenue of ₹1008cr (up 134%) and FY26 revenue of ₹2634cr (up 94%). The company enters FY27 with an order book of ₹21,300cr and targets ₹14,000cr revenue while maintaining current margins. Dividend was increased to ₹11/share from ₹10/share.
