Solar Industries India reported strong Q1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹2,154.45 crores, up about 27.9% year-on-year from ₹1,684.80 crores. Consolidated net profit grew to ₹352.62 crores versus ₹300.54 crores last year, with EPS at ₹37.43 (₹31.66 prior year). On a standalone basis, revenue jumped to ₹1,387.15 crores (up ~32.8%) and net profit climbed to ₹279.52 crores (up ~43.9%). Consolidated operating margin softened to 22.23% from 24.42% a year ago, partly due to a ₹17.89 crore hyperinflation adjustment for Turkey subsidiaries under Ind AS 29. The company also finalised purchase price allocation for its South Africa Problast acquisition, restating prior period figures and booking goodwill of ₹117.27 crores.
Healthy top-line and earnings growth on both consolidated and standalone basis, reinforcing business momentum. Margin compression on the consolidated side and restated prior numbers are minor watchpoints but the overall print is positive for shareholders.
