Solex Energy Limited's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 on February 12, 2026. Standalone revenue for Q3 FY26 rose to about Rs. 318 crore from Rs. 134 crore in Q3 FY25, while 9M FY26 revenue reached approximately Rs. 776 crore versus Rs. 407 crore in 9M FY25, representing around 90% year-on-year growth. Standalone profit after tax for 9M FY26 was roughly Rs. 27 crore, up about 93% from Rs. 14 crore in 9M FY25, and Q3 FY26 PAT grew over 50% year-on-year. Statutory auditor M/s Maheshwari & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The company also disclosed that its newly incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary, Solex New Energy Private Limited (set up in July 2025), will manufacture photovoltaic cells, extending its presence in the solar value chain.
The strong double-digit revenue and profit growth show healthy momentum in Solex's solar modules and EPC business. With the recent migration to NSE Main Board and a new foray into cell manufacturing, the company is signaling expansion plans, which is a positive read for shareholders looking at medium-term growth.
