Solex Energy Limited reported unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, approved by the Board on February 12, 2026. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for 9M FY26 jumped about 80% year-on-year to roughly Rs 732.5 crore, up from about Rs 407.8 crore in 9M FY25. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 grew about 46% to around Rs 52.7 crore versus Rs 36.1 crore a year earlier. In the standalone segment, 9M FY26 revenue rose about 90% YoY to Rs 775.8 crore. Q3 FY26 revenue doubled YoY to about Rs 318 crore, though standalone PAT for the quarter slipped to roughly Rs 10.9 crore from Rs 19.4 crore in Q3 FY25. Statutory auditor M/s Maheshwari & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The company also noted the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Solex New Energy Private Limited, for solar cell manufacturing in July 2025, and its recent migration from the NSE Emerge platform to the NSE Main Board.
The sharp 9-month revenue and profit growth reflects strong momentum in the solar module and EPC business, supportive of the stock. However, the YoY drop in Q3 standalone profit despite revenue doubling suggests margin pressure that retail investors should monitor. The new subsidiary and Main Board migration point to expansion ambitions that could be a long-term positive.
