For the September 2025 quarter, standalone total income rose 2.8% to Rs 665.66 crore and net profit rose 23.4% to Rs 22.53 crore. Consolidated income rose 3.2% to Rs 688.85 crore, but net profit fell 29% to Rs 12.31 crore. Six-month operating cash flow was a Rs 102.79 crore inflow. The auditor found no material issue. The board also approved merging three wholly owned subsidiaries, with no payment or share issue, subject to approvals.
Mixed earnings may pressure sentiment despite higher revenue and cash flow. The merger may cut costs, but benefits depend on approvals.
