Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue Rs 11,572 million, up about 51% YoY, PAT Rs 2,201 million, up about 83% YoY. Consolidated revenue Rs 13,012 million, up about 52% YoY, PAT Rs 1,785 million, up about 47% YoY. No exceptional items this quarter. Signed two JVs with DENSO Japan for EV and Hybrid powertrains; will slump sell EV motors business at Rs 17,500 million enterprise value. Final dividend of Rs 1.80 per share for FY26 approved by shareholders. Auditor issued unmodified review report.
