On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts more than its Trading & Distributors peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results (Sep 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue rose 28% YoY to ₹101.81 Cr; PAT up 46% to ₹8.85 Cr. Standalone dipped: revenue ₹50.94 Cr (down 3.5%), PAT ₹1.44 Cr (down 41%). Board also approved MoA amendment adding real estate, defence, HR services, renewable energy and EV businesses. Plans to raise up to ₹200 Cr via QIP, ADR, GDR or FCCB. Limited review by Gorantla and Co was clean.
Strong consolidated growth and diversification plans are positive, but ₹200 Cr raise may dilute shareholders. Standalone softness is a worry.
