Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Span Divergent Limited reported a consolidated loss after tax of Rs. 113.66 lakhs for Q3 FY26, sharply wider than the Rs. 21.11 lakhs loss in Q3 FY25; 9M FY26 consolidated loss widened to Rs. 149.44 lakhs from Rs. 24.98 lakhs a year ago. Consolidated revenue grew about 75% year-on-year to Rs. 406.54 lakhs in Q3, driven mainly by the cashew processing segment, but operating losses expanded sharply with the cashew processing segment posting a Rs. 104.50 lakh loss. On a standalone basis, the company remained marginally profitable with Q3 PAT of Rs. 13.74 lakhs, though total income declined to Rs. 53.73 lakhs from Rs. 64.44 lakhs. The consolidated balance sheet shows negative reserves of Rs. 826.86 lakhs, indicating fully eroded net worth, and exceptional items of Rs. 14.20 lakhs were booked in the quarter.
Negative for shareholders — despite top-line growth, widening consolidated losses, negative net worth, and going concern flags on multiple subsidiaries (including one with liabilities exceeding assets by Rs. 6.81 crores) signal serious stress at the group level. The standalone profit is largely cosmetic, sourced entirely from management fees and interest charged to subsidiaries.
