Sparkle Gold Rock Limited (formerly Sree Jayalakshmi Autospin Limited) reported Revenue from Operations of ₹900.03 lakhs in FY25 versus nil in FY24, as the company commenced trading operations in a new business line. However, the company slipped back into a loss with a Profit After Tax of ₹(24.50) lakhs compared to a profit of ₹320.74 lakhs in FY24, which was largely driven by a one-time ₹348.36 lakhs gain on sale of property, plant and equipment. Total Assets more than tripled to ₹517.67 lakhs, with Trade Receivables ballooning from ₹52.16 lakhs to ₹409.61 lakhs and Trade Payables jumping from ₹14.76 lakhs to ₹343.62 lakhs. Accumulated losses in Other Equity widened to ₹(335.58) lakhs, and the company took on ₹45.15 lakhs of new borrowings from related parties. Cash flow from operations remained negative at ₹(40.49) lakhs, while cash balances rose to ₹102.84 lakhs driven by investing and financing inflows. Shareholding structure changed materially, with the promoter group completely turning over from the K.V. Prabhakar family to new holders led by Sarita Devi Sharma and Lakshita Sharma.
Despite starting new revenue streams, the company is still loss-making at the operating level and continues to burn cash from operations. Shareholders should note the deeply negative retained earnings, rising trade receivables and payables (suggesting working capital strain), and a change in control at the promoter level — all of which warrant close monitoring before taking fresh exposure.
