Unaudited fiscal 2025-26 Q2 and half-year results were approved. Consolidated revenue fell 14.1% year on year to Rs 445.15 crore in Q2 and 19.3% to Rs 860.98 crore for six months. Q2 loss narrowed to Rs 63.79 crore from Rs 87.18 crore; half-year loss was Rs 125.40 crore. Operating cash outflow was Rs 74.34 crore; current liabilities exceeded current assets by Rs 929.48 crore. Management expects banks, promoters and asset sales to meet obligations.
Revenue fell, losses persisted and operating cash stayed negative. The Rs 929.48 crore current-liability gap raises near-term stock risk.
