Spencer's Retail posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 407.94 crore, up about 18 percent YoY from Rs 346.22 crore. Standalone net loss widened to Rs 34.03 crore from Rs 31.16 crore. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 469.47 crore with net loss of Rs 60.45 crore vs Rs 61.61 crore. The company flagged that current liabilities exceed current assets by Rs 730.53 crore standalone, yet maintained going concern basis citing promoter support and credit lines.
Persistent losses and weak balance sheet remain key concerns; going concern disclosure is a red flag despite revenue growth.
