The board approved a 1:5 stock split of equity shares from Rs. 10 face value to Rs. 2 face value, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Pre-split: 62,33,324 shares; post-split: 3,11,66,620 shares. Total paid-up capital stays at Rs. 6.23 crore. Rationale: improve liquidity and make shares more affordable for retail investors. Also approved director re-designations, material related party transactions up to Rs. 350 crore (including with Chapra Capital Ventures), and a joint venture with The Peace Mission for functional wellness beverages. 38th AGM set for August 7, 2026.
If approved, each share splits into 5, lowering per-share price and improving liquidity. No change in total shareholder value.
