Sponsor entity pledges 13 lakh more units; 100 percent of its holding now pledged

BREP Asia SG Forum Holding, a Sponsor Group entity of Nexus Select Trust, has pledged 13 lakh additional units with Deutsche Bank AG acting as security agent. Combined with a prior pledge from June 2026, all 34.9 million units (2.3 percent of total outstanding) held by this entity are now encumbered. The pledge secures a credit facility for NXST ML (NQ) Limited and runs until September 2028.
