Sponsor group entity releases pledge on 1.2 cr units of Nexus Select Trust

BREP Asia SG Forum Holding, a sponsor group entity of Nexus Select Trust, has released pledge on 1.2 crore (12 million) units effective 4 September 2026. These were part of 22.8 crore units pledged on 3 June 2026 by four sponsor group entities in favour of Deutsche Bank AG as onshore security agent, to secure credit facility obligations of NXST ML (NQ) Limited. This is a partial release of the encumbrance.
