Sponsor group sells 25 percent of Knowledge Realty Trust units via OFS

Blackstone-affiliated BREP sponsor group entities sold 1.11 billion units of Knowledge Realty Trust (about 25.03 percent of total) through an Offer for Sale on BSE and NSE on Aug 31 and Sep 1, 2026. Average price was around Rs 108.77 to Rs 109.06 per unit, totaling about Rs 12,087 crore. Post-sale, sponsor group holding fell from 36.13 percent to 11.10 percent. Two entities fully exited.
