Square Four Projects India reported Q1 FY27 (ended 30 June 2026) standalone net profit of Rs 2.02 lakh on total income of Rs 9.17 lakh, down from Rs 4.45 lakh profit on Rs 9.81 lakh income in Q1 FY26. Auditor issued a qualified conclusion as financial assets of Rs 39.50 lakh were carried at cost instead of fair value under Ind AS 109. On consolidated basis (including BRC Construction subsidiary), the company posted a net loss of Rs 6.91 lakh versus Rs 5.05 lakh loss a year ago.
Qualified auditor opinion on asset valuation and widening consolidated losses are concerns for shareholders despite marginal standalone profit.
