SRA allotted 1.11 crore shares under NCLT-approved resolution plan

Company filed Form B under SEBI insider trading rules for the allotment of 1,11,70,000 equity shares to Plug and Play Retail and Distribution Private Limited and Mr. Vijay Patel as the Successful Resolution Applicant. The allotment is pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal on August 1, 2022.
