SRF Limited reported strong Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 3,040.17 crore, up about 11% from Rs. 2,736.30 crore in Q1 FY25. Standalone net profit jumped nearly 59% to Rs. 397 crore from Rs. 249.94 crore, with EPS rising to Rs. 13.39 from Rs. 8.43. Consolidated revenue grew about 10% to Rs. 3,818.62 crore while consolidated PAT surged around 71% to Rs. 432.32 crore. Operating margin expanded sharply to 19.52% (standalone) from 15.06% a year ago, driven by the Chemicals business. The Board declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 4 per share (aggregating Rs. 118.57 crore). The statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong year-on-year earnings growth, healthy margin expansion, and a dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders. The Chemicals segment led the performance while Technical Textiles lagged, but overall the results should be viewed favorably by the market.
