Sri Amarnath Finance reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 2026) total income of Rs 133.88 lakhs, down from Rs 143.90 lakhs in Q1 FY26, a decline of about 7 percent. Net profit after tax fell to Rs 55.17 lakhs from Rs 74.22 lakhs, a drop of roughly 26 percent year-on-year. EPS stood at Rs 0.55 versus Rs 0.74 earlier. The board also approved the re-appointment of statutory auditors M/s Rajender Kumar Singal and Associates LLP for a second five-year term till 2031. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Weaker revenue and profit may weigh on the stock. Auditor re-appointment signals continuity.
