On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

On October 9, 2025, the board approved setting up five wholly owned real estate project companies, each with initial capital of Rs 10 lakh. The company may invest in securities or provide unsecured loans, with a limit of up to Rs 100 crore for each new subsidiary. Aggregate lending support for subsidiaries was revised to Rs 1,400 crore for operations, expansion and projects.
The funding can speed up projects and expansion, but large limits raise future funding obligations and financial risk if project cash flows disappoint.
