On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.0 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty (formerly AKP Holdings) filed unaudited Q1 FY27 results (quarter ended June 30, 2026) for standalone and consolidated. Revenue from operations grew strongly year-on-year. However, standalone posted a quarterly loss, while consolidated numbers were mixed. Auditor T.P. Ostwal and Associates LLP gave an unmodified limited review. The company has 26 subsidiaries and operates only in real estate development. It granted about 48.93 lakh ESOP options to staff at Rs 75 per share in April 2026.
Strong revenue growth is encouraging, but standalone loss and dilution from 49 lakh ESOPs could pressure per-share metrics.
