Sri Ramakrishna Mills reported weak Q3 FY26 results with a sharp revenue decline and a swing into losses. Net sales from operations fell to about Rs 1,408 lakhs in Q3 FY26, down roughly 69% from Rs 4,534 lakhs in Q3 FY25. The company posted a loss of approximately Rs 13.5 lakhs for the quarter and Rs 231.3 lakhs for the nine-month period, compared to profits of Rs 525 lakhs and Rs 475 lakhs in the same prior-year periods. The textile segment continued to incur losses, and the company disclosed that no real estate income was recognized during the quarter or nine months ended December 31, 2025. Statutory auditors CSK Prabhu & Co LLP issued an unqualified/unmodified limited review opinion on the results. EPS for the quarter stood at about negative Rs 0.19 and for nine months at about negative Rs 3.25.
The steep revenue fall and the swing from profit to loss are clearly negative for shareholders and may weigh on the stock in the near term. With no real estate income and continued textile segment losses, the near-term earnings outlook looks challenging.
