On the reaction day the stock moved 5.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board-approved unaudited results for the half year ended 30 September 2026 show consolidated revenue up 39% to Rs 73.20 crore from Rs 52.58 crore. PAT rose 30% to Rs 3.80 crore from Rs 2.92 crore; EPS was Rs 2.68. Auditors raised no concerns in their limited review. Dasa Anilkumar Ashwini resigned as CFO for personal reasons but stays on the board; Venugopal was appointed CFO on 29 October 2026.
Revenue and profit growth is positive, but higher borrowings and operating cash flow of only Rs 30 lakh may temper sentiment.
