Board approved Q1FY27 unaudited results with strong growth. Revenue from operations rose about 16% to Rs 1,210 crore from Rs 1,047 crore prior year. Profit before tax jumped to around Rs 248 crore from Rs 139 crore. Profit after tax climbed by about 49% year-on-year. Auditor Mittal and Associates issued an unmodified review opinion. AGM scheduled for 21 September with book closure from 15 to 21 September. Board also approved the FY26 Directors Report, Secretarial Audit Report and Corporate Governance Report.
Sharp PAT growth of about 49% and strong pre-tax margin expansion signal positive earnings momentum; unmodified auditor opinion boosts confidence.
